This Limited Warranty describes the coverage available for Hartzell-manufactured products and explains how customers can obtain warranty service if a product issue arises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Product Support team is available to assist customers with warranty questions, claim submissions, and service recommendations. We encourage customers to contact us promptly if they believe a product may be eligible for warranty consideration. For specific questions, simply contact our Product Support Department&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hartzellprop.com\/contact\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complete terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of this Limited Warranty are provided\nbelow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warranty Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) year or 1,000 operating hours of coverage for most Hartzell-manufactured products, whichever occurs first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Twenty-four (24) months or 2,000 operating hours of coverage for Hartzell de-ice boots, whichever occurs first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repair, replacement, or refund remedies for eligible warranty claims, subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support available through Hartzell Product Support and authorized service facilities. Please review the complete warranty terms below, as conditions, exclusions, and limitations apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WARRANTY COVERAGE PROVIDED\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/hartzellprop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/WarrAllowables-R04.pdf\">Hartzell Propeller \u2013 Warranty Labor Hours Allowance<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/hartzellprop.com\/\/SERVICE-DOCUMENTS\/FORMS\/Warranty-Claim-Form.pdf\">Warranty Claim Form<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/hartzellprop.com\/products\/top-prop\/warranty\/\">Top Prop extended warranty terms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/hartzellprop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DISCLAIMER-OR-LIMITATION-OF-WARRANTIES.pdf\">DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Products Other Than De-Ice Boots<\/strong><br>Hartzell Propeller LLC (\u201cHartzell\u201d) warrants to the original retail purchaser (the \u201cPurchaser\u201d) that it will repair or replace defects in material or workmanship in the components of a product manufactured by Hartzell, other than a de-ice boot, for a period of one (1) year from the date the product is first placed into service, or for the first 1000 operating hours of use of the product, whichever occurs first, subject to the other terms and conditions of this limited warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De-Ice Boots<\/strong><br>Hartzell warrants to the Purchaser that it will repair or replace defects in material or workmanship in the components of a de-ice boot manufactured by Hartzell, for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date the de-ice boot is first placed into service, or for the first 2000 operating hours of use of the product, whichever occurs first, subject to the other terms and conditions of this limited warranty. Hartzell also warrants to the Purchaser that during this period it will cover removal and re-installation of the propeller from aircraft within Hartzell approved labor limits for warranty de-ice boot replacement purposes, if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no warranties which extend beyond the above.
